Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some common questions I receive.
I typically start with a high level concept, a central dilemma, an idea for a big twist, and a location.
I might spend months on ideas before I land on a mixture of elements that I feel excited to write about.
I don’t do outlines. I’m not prescriptive. I discover the story as I write, much like I do when I read others’ stories.

Write about things that interest you.
Write regularly and don’t be afraid to edit your work multiple times.

I primarily focus on young adult thrillers filled with suspense and unexpected twists. My stories aim to engage and entertain readers of all ages.

Sharing my work with your friends and loved ones is my favorite form of support. It gives me a reason to keep the stories coming. Leaving a positive review on places like Amazon or Goodreads helps a lot with visibility. I also appreciate that tremendously.
I do not have any live tours booked or plans to tour in the near future. However, I do try to interact with readers when I can! Follow my Facebook page for announcements about future virtual events.
The inspiration for any one book can come from many different places. I draw inspiration from real-life experiences, personal stories, and current events. Every story contains pieces of my own journey, the places I’ve been, the people I’ve known.
